Slipknot Among The Living T-Shirt
Slipknot was not an exclusive band. Though the result works beautifully, Corey and other band members remain dissatisfied because they want to hear each other more clearly during live shows.

Musically, this band’s sound leans heavily toward death metal and grindcore, featuring standard guitarists that produce downtuned guitar riffs with thick and murky textures, prominent basslines that don’t overshadow other bands, and vocalist Juan Brujo that could pass for a Latin version of Lee Dorrian or Jeff Walker while maintaining some elements unique to his own style.
The lyrics on Brujeria albums released between 1998 and 2006 were more explicit, explicit, and politically incorrect than ever. Their themes covered everything from drug trafficking and Palo Mayombe cult (both forms of Satanism), to other shocking topics such as massacre of members of rival drug cartels by US Border Patrol in 1988-89 or exploiting prostitutes or even necropedophilia of gangsters.
Though at times somewhat over-the-top, the album boasts some excellent songs. These include fast grinding metal tracks like Leyes Narcos, Sacrificio and Seis Seis Seis; as well as the thrasher instrumental Chinga Tu Madre and classic title track Matando Gueros (Killing Whites). Other slower but equally menacing tracks include Verga Del Brujo/ Estan Chingados or Culeros.
