Yahel, an Israeli producer/Dj who began his musical career at age 14, is best known for producing Psychedelic Trance music; however he also enjoys making cinematic sci-fi ambient pieces.

Electronic Dance Music (EDM) was initially created for use by disc jockeys at dance clubs. EDM pioneers include Juan Atkins, Derrick May, and Kevin Saunderson as early practitioners.

Trance

Yahel Sherman is an Israeli DJ and producer who has spent years touring worldwide and rocking dance floors with his distinctive style. While not strictly adhering to any genre, his natural instinct lies within trance music’s melodic, floaty and upbeat qualities which provide perfect motivators to get people dancing on dance floors – his latest album Super Set II showcases this aspect perfectly!

Trance began as an instrumental genre, but soon vocal trance gained ground. Above and Beyond’s remix of Delerium’s Silence became an international hit and solidified its mainstream status; even today fast techno music features strong overtones of trance music, showing just how beloved this genre remains.

Masterminded for Success (MFS) and Renaissance were two labels that helped propel trance forward during this era, specifically with Tranceformed From Beyond from MFS being one of its landmark releases, featuring future classics by artists like Microglobe and Harald Bluchel (Cosmic Baby). Renaissance also played an influential role, offering mix compilations containing tracks by Dave Seaman and Hernan Cattaneo among many other great talents.

By the early 2000s, trance had begun blending with progressive house and deep house to form an underground dance sound. This trend could be seen particularly clearly through DJs such as Hernan Cattaneo and Dave Seaman, who would incorporate elements from these genres into their sets.

At this same time, psychedelic trance was also enjoying increasing popularity with labels like Infected Mushroom and Eyal Barkan becoming pioneers of this style of music. Two famous examples are Infected Mushroom’s “Awakening” and Platipus’s “Mirage”, both from Infected Mushroom.

Current trance music is an eclectic synthesis of styles from around the globe, drawing influence from diverse musical traditions. Furthermore, its popularity continues to soar among gen z ravers who flock to dance events and festivals to hear its latest sounds – creating an industry with plenty of room for growth and opportunity.

Progressive

Progressive is an often-overlooked subgenre of electronic dance music; an uptempo genre with complex melodies and an earthy bassline. A hybrid between techno, trance and house genres, progressive is ideal for dance clubs, lounges and background listening as it helps people relax.

Progressive has experienced incredible popularity worldwide despite its short history. This can be attributed to its versatile application across any genre of dance music; hence its name, which refers to its evolving and shifting character over time – something amplified by using effects such as reverb tails, delays and little percussion tricks to augment this effect.

Yahel is both an accomplished producer and DJ. Performing in clubs across the globe, his energetic sets have won him praise from audiences of all kinds. His sound fuses different genres together for an unforgettable listening experience: his music spans from trance, progressive and psytrance while always striving to produce better tracks than before.

Yahel was born and raised in Israel where he began his musical journey as a teenager by DJ-ing at local parties. Later he founded FTPmusic label to release singles and albums as well as Mystic Sounds project to contribute internationally psytrance sounds. Yahel released his debut album called “For the People” which became an enormously successful release within the trance community.

Yahel has traveled the globe throughout his career and performed at many renowned festivals and events. He has collaborated with other musicians and artists – such as multi-platinum recording artist Ashanti. Furthermore, he has composed music for video games as well as appeared in advertisements for El Al Airlines.

Yahel has returned with his debut album “Architech,” featuring some of his finest work to date. Perfect for fans of uplifting progressive trance music. One stand-out track on this record is “Intelligent Life”, an excellent song to listen to when driving your car.

Deep House

Deep house has long been one of the most beloved genres within house music. Characterized by slow tempos ranging from 120 to 125 beats per minute and deep bass lines, as well as influences from disco gospel jazz and soul music genres, deep house can be powerful when played at an appropriate volume while simultaneously relaxing and uplifted you emotionally.

Deep house music has grown increasingly popular due to its diverse effects and wide application – in dance music, trance music, and pop. Two artists widely associated with deep house are Wolfgang Gartner of Germany and French musician Daft Punk of France; furthermore there have been other producers like American producers Channel 7 and Fred P who have contributed towards its development such as R&B group Danity Kane/Donnie Klang/Madonna themselves who have used songs produced from deep house as the basis of their songs.

Deep house’s trademark sound and feel comes from its use of acoustic instruments and chord progressions, featuring minor and major scale chords alongside polyrhythms inspired by African music – giving this genre its signature sound and feel.

Deep house is an ideal musical genre for DJs looking to develop their skills. Its low tempos and complex chords offer DJs the perfect opportunity to hone their mixing techniques; plus its acoustic components enable it to be used alongside live vocals and percussion – something more difficult with other forms of electronic music.

Yahel is an internationally-recognized trance producer and musician. He has collaborated with some of the greatest musicians around, appeared on MTV’s Making the Band 4 show and produced R&B albums as well. Yahel continues to draw rave reviews for his electronic sounds around the globe and continues to impress listeners everywhere with his unique sound.

Techno

Techno music is one of the oldest subgenres within electronic dance music, having its origins in Detroit in the early 1980s, where it first gained traction as club and rave music. Over time, techno has evolved to influence other dance forms like house and trance while creating new DJs such as Carl Cox and Richie Hawtin – not forgetting its DIY ethic and community spirit!

Techno is a genre that blends minimalism with complex rhythmic structures to emphasize rhythm and beat. Its drum parts typically follow common time (4/4), meaning there are four quarter-note pulses per bar which makes dancing easier for dancers. Furthermore, techno has its own signature synth sound which often serves to build tension or increase energy.

Techno music can be both upbeat and inspiring; yet also profoundly dark. This is particularly evident with hardcore techno, a subgenre which emerged in the 1990s. Inspired by hardcore punk music scene influences, hardcore techno often features industrial sounds as well as aggressive beats with intense basslines.

Techno is distinguished from other genres by the incorporation of both melodic elements and different textures into its soundscape. Aside from relying on rhythm alone, techno also includes melodic elements that are frequently modulated through digital processing as well as the inclusion of piano and harpsichord for human touches in its music; some artists even employ vocals which may be digitally processed to sound robotic.

Yahel boasts an extensive repertoire as a singer-songwriter and producer, working alongside major R&B artists like Danity Kane and Donnie Klang, writing songs for P. Diddy’s Making the Band MTV reality show as well as writing Mass Effect series video game music compositions in his free time – playing guitar and traveling are his two passions!
